2. Overview and legal bases
We process data when you retrieve the website, make contact or actively enable an optional service in the privacy settings. Optional services remain technically blocked until you consent.
- Technical provision and security: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Pre-contractual enquiries and communication: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Analytics, B2B visitor analytics and chat: your consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server logs
When you retrieve this website, the web server processes the IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response status and browser or operating-system information. This is necessary to deliver the website and detect attacks or misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Logs are retained only for the period needed for these purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. Hosting providers act under a data processing agreement where required.
4. Consent and necessary storage
On your first visit, all optional categories are disabled. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are available on the first layer; settings allow a separate choice for statistics, B2B visitor analytics and HubSpot chat. No optional provider is contacted before consent.
| Name | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
accessful-consent | Local storage: version, categories and date of your consent choice. | Up to 180 days; then we ask again. |
accessful-language | Local storage: remembers only the language you selected. | Until you delete browser data or choose another language. |
These values are stored only in your browser and are necessary to remember your choices. You can reopen the settings using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents optional services from loading on subsequent page views and removes first-party provider cookies and storage entries that are technically accessible to us.

Typical cookies are _ga and _ga_<ID> , generally for up to two years. We limit event-level retention in the GA property to 14 months. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalised advertising and Google signals remain disabled.
Legal basis: your consent. Further information: Google Privacy Policy, Google services on partner sites.
