What happens when my page quota is used up?
Simply purchase another package at the same or better rates as your first. There is no automatic renewal and no hidden follow-on cost: you decide when to top up and how many pages to add.
Are there costs per user or workstation?
No. Each package is valid organization-wide - any number of people in your company can use the web app and API without additional user licences. Only the page volume processed is billed.
Is there a minimum term or subscription?
No. You purchase a prepaid page package and use it at your own pace, with no minimum term, notice period or automatic renewal.
