Scope
This statement applies to the accessful.de website operated by Accessful GmbH, Hausvaterweg 15C, 13057 Berlin. It describes the extent to which the website conforms to WCAG 2.2 at level AA and EN 301 549.
Compliance status
The final evaluation is not yet complete. The automated checks and source-code review currently show no known failures of applicable WCAG 2.2 Level A or AA requirements. Testing with real assistive technologies—especially NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack—is still outstanding. We therefore expressly make no claim of full conformance at this time.
Testing methodology
The current self-evaluation uses automated source-code and browser checks:
- Automated tests: axe-core across every public HTML page and relevant states, the W3C Nu HTML Checker, and structural, keyboard, reflow, text-spacing and contrast tests.
- Additional automated browser checks: scripted keyboard operation, focus visibility, narrow views, text enlargement, reduced-motion emulation and forced-colours emulation.
- Still outstanding: complete passes with NVDA and a desktop browser, VoiceOver and Safari, and VoiceOver or TalkBack on a real mobile device.
Known limitations
- Externally linked services—including appointment booking, the free PDF check at scan.accessful.de and the API documentation at docs.accessful.de—are outside the scope of this statement.
- The HubSpot chat available after consent is a third-party component. Its full compatibility with assistive technologies must be retested after provider updates.
